패들보드의 크기는 (길이와 넓이) 무게와 안정성에 영향을 미칩니다.

일반적으로 더 큰 보드는 안정성이 높지만 , 작은 보드는 안정성이 떨어집니다.

부력이 좋은 패들보드는 성인 2인이상, 애완견까지 탈 수 있습니다.

길이 350cm 이상으로 선택하시는 것이 좋습니다. (아이들과 함께 탈 수 있습니다.)

초보자는 넓이 81cm가 일반적이며 최근에는 84cm도 있습니다.

속도를 즐기려는 분은 넓이가 좁은 걸 76cm 선택하세요 (운동신경이 좋은 분, 균형감각이 좋은 분)

보드의 크기는 사용자의 체중과 키, 그리고 사용 목적에 따라 결정됩니다.

따라서 패들보드 사이즈가 크면 클수록 누구나 손쉽게 탈수 있습니다.
