The medi Shoulder action - a shoulder orthosis that perfectly bridges the gap between immobilisation and mobility.The function-limiting orthosis is used for all indications for which securing and stabilising the physiological shoulder joint movement is recommended. The medi Shoulder action closes the therapy gap between the use of an immobilisation orthosis and free mobilisation. 

The medi Shoulder action can be used for mild to moderate instability of the shoulder joint and for conservative use after acute and habitual shoulder dislocation or subluxation. This often affects active patients. medi Shoulder action can be used during the second rehabilitation phase after conservative or surgical therapy in cases of shoulder instability.

Clever strap system – secure fit

The medi Shoulder action has an integrated strap system that runs along the inside of the affected arm. The tension of the front, diagonal chest strap can be adjusted individually and, in combination with the belt system, results in a significant restriction of movement.Movement can be further limited with the optional circular underbust strap. This allows the patient to avoid joint damaging movements in rotation, abduction and anteversion. The medi Shoulder action also stabilises the injured shoulder.
